Katy Smile Design has been caring for our community since October 2012. Over the years the needs of our patients change and we look for ways to meet those changes. Many of our patients find themselves without dental insurance or are simply unhappy and frustrated with their limited dental coverage.

In an effort to eliminate the limitations and barriers of traditional dental insurance and allow our dental family freedom and flexibility to enjoy quality, affordable care we created the Katy Smile Design Wellness Plan. Our wellness plan is an in-house, pre-paid yearly plan designed to ensure our patients have access to preventative care as incredible savings on all other services. It is our sincerest wish that our wellness plan will help you achieve your health and smile goals.

Participation cannot be combined with any other offer, dental plan or insurance program. The Katy Smile Design Wellness Plan is only accepted at the office of Katy Smile Design. Therefore, if the patient is referred to another office or specialist, benefits will not carry over.
